Canada's Poilievre Shoots Down Trump's 51st State Idea

Leader of the Canadian Conservative Party, Pierre Poilievre, threw cold water on the idea of making the United States' neighbor to the north its 51st state. "Canada will never be the 51st state. Period. We are a great and independent country," Poilievre posted on X Tuesday.
