Minneapolis OKs Police Oversight After George Floyd Probe

Minneapolis' city council voted Monday to agree to systemic reforms to its police department and to submit the department to outside oversight after a U.S. federal investigation spurred by the 2020 murder of George Floyd uncovered a pattern of civil rights abuses.
