Nikki Haley: Voters Were Unsure What to Expect from Harris

Former South Carolina Gov. Nikki Haley, who dropped her White House bid against President-elect Donald Trump earlier this year, said Wednesday he won the popular and Electoral College votes because Americans did not know what to expect from Vice President Kamala Harris.
