WH Press Secretary: Biden Pardoned Hunter Because of 'Political Opponents'

White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre told reporters on Monday that President Joe Biden made the decision to pardon his son Hunter Biden in part because he believed his "political opponents" would continue to prosecute him once the presidential transition was complete.
